How to Check Your Repair Status
Enter the complete ticket number exactly as it appears on your receipt or check-in confirmation. Then enter the same email address associated with the repair. If either entry is different from our record, the system will not display the repair information. This verification protects customer privacy and prevents someone from looking up a repair with only a ticket number.
If Your Ticket Does Not Appear
Check for typing errors, extra spaces, or a different email address. Make sure you are using the repair ticket number rather than a payment receipt, model number, or device serial number. If the information still does not match, contact AJ’s Computer Solutions or call 908-361-9590 during business hours so we can confirm the correct details privately.
Understanding Repair Status Updates
A status update is a short summary of the current stage of service. It may indicate that the device is waiting for diagnosis, testing, customer approval, a replacement part, repair work, final quality checks, or pickup.
